This was a very nice weekend. It started Friday with dining at Mohaska Farmhouse, an organic wood-fired pizza place, which btw I highly recommend! Saturday was the Joplin Memorial Run, in which Steph, Poco, Mom and Dad all ran the 5K. Mom finished 6th place in her division! We also spent some time with various friends, so that was nice as well.
This afternoon, Steph and I went for a quick kayak trip down to Stones Corner. She relaxed up front and got her tan on while I kept our vessel pointed in the right direction. The weather was perfect and the water level was nice as well, so we had a great time!
