Well here is little Eily just in time for my birthday. I really can’t imagine a better present! Her arrival came with relative ease and without incident, so we are very thankful for that. At this age it’s difficult to tell who she looks like and what features she has, aside from the fact that she looks exactly like her older sister Emma.
It was exciting for me to experience the whole process of Eily coming into this world. So far she doesn’t do much except sleep and eat, both of which she does a lot. Unfortunately the short time of the day when she wants to be awake usually falls between 11pm and 2am. But we’ve managed so far!
So far it’s been spectacular having little Eily around…sleep deprived or not. I’m looking forward to all the things to come, but for the moment I am just enjoying how tiny and cute she is!
