Ok I have a special treat for those of you who are still actually following my weeklong blog of boringness… and it is that post #5 is not another tree fact posting! Instead I’ll post this pic of a truck I saw a few weeks ago parked in front of the Frontier Motel in Raytown, Missouri.
Since I don’t know who this truck belongs to or what his story is I will just make one up… His name is Gary Rawlins and he’s just passin’ through on his way to Las Vegas when he decided to meet up with Cynthia, a woman he met back in the ’80s when he was on the road full-time.
As for all the ‘stuff’… Gary and his wife split up a week ago back in Indiana. She took the trailer and he took everything inside. And by everything, I mean everything he could fit in the back of his truck… which in this case actually was everything.

Dad… Maw and I miss you… and your social security check. If you come home, will you grab me a pack of smokes? Tell Aunt Cynthia I said hello.
I adore this truck. The person who owns this truck is flat determined to put literally every single possible item in the bed of it. That is persistence.
I remember seeing this trunk. It was parked in front of that motel for almost 3 weeks.
