Interesting that people may not want to try asian cuisine because of what it may be, or taste like....but they'll show up in droves to eat the american hot dog....it's called a dog, and is cheaply processed meat from where ever on a cow, pig, or any other slaughterable animal. I don't understand food fears. Hopefully I'll be able to join you for the next Marian Days. I helped color concrete at the place the last picture was taken at.
