Hey everyone… it’s that time of year again when we unite and celebrate the mexican infiltration of american culture!
Nothing fancy or crazy… just a gathering for anyone who needs a place to celebrate their mexican heritage. Bring some beverage and maybe a snack item. The more mexican style the better. You can even wear a pancho or something if that idea excites you.
We’ll kick off the festivities this Saturday night around 8:30pm at my house a mi casa.

….shouldn’t it be called the “Tres De Mayo” party? I mean…you have had “Quatro De Mayo” parties….and have you ever really had one on the Cinco of Mayo? …just wondering.
You raise a good point. I doubt I have ever had a party on cinco de mayo. I think they should change all holidays from “March X” or whatever to “The first saturday in march”. Unless it’s a holiday that you get off work for… then a friday or monday would be acceptable.
As a matter of fact, Cinco de Mayo did actually fall on a Saturday for last year’s fiesta.
I’ll be out of town. We’re going to St. Louis to watch the cards and the cubs. Won’t be at church either, fyi.
