OK after giving everyone ample time to vote – Although the voting was close, the winner is a party at my house in J-Town. My guess would be that everyone here voted to do it here, while my friends everywhere else voted to do it at the lake. Either way, that’s what we’ll do.
Here is what you need to know:
- Everyone is invited. If I haven’t seen you in a long time, that’s even more incentive for us all to get together.
- Bring your friends. Heck, bring their friends. I don’t really care.
- Party will prob start around 8pm and last until the wee hours of the morning.
- There will be a spectacular fireworks display at midnight which no one will want to miss.
- Bring food and beverage of choice.
- Activities may include (but not be limited to) ping ping, other games, socializing, fireworks, music, maybe some dance trax, eating, drinking, and probably. Maybe if I’m lucky I can get Colby to come and bring his lightning reaction game (pictured). I guess if anyone wants to watch the times square thing on tv they can do that too. Personally I think fireworks and explosions are way cooler than a stupid glass ball being hoisted down a poll – but that’s just me.
I am a little sad that there won’t be a “Lake Escape”, but as our lives evolve, so must my New Year’s Eve celebration. Let me know if you have any questions or suggestions. I hope to see everyone there!
