Saturday Grant and I took the atvs up to springfield… well near there and did some riding on the trails in the Mark Twain Natl Forest. It was amazingly awesome. By the end of the day we were both covered in dust and mud, but not as bad as the atvs themselves.
Some trails were really easy riding, and some were rock ledges and sitations where you felt like you were going to go tumbling down the hill sideways or backwards or whatever. Once we got the hang of it, it was all good. The nice weather, and beginnings of fall scenery made for a very spectacular day. Really, it was probably one of the most fun days i’ve had in a really long time. SO… if any of you out there have an atv of some sort, we should all get together sometime and do some riding. I am hooked!

In other news… for any of you who don’t know. My formal party is set for Nov 11 (11/11 – clever eh?). So get out your best formal wear, bring fancy drinks, snacks, and glasses (drinking glasses, not eyeglasses). If you have any music to suggest for the event playlist – send it my way.
That is a great photo…I love the grandness of the outdoors in the photo against that ATV ripping it up. Reminds me of Reutrn of the Jedi
