Brent invited me to go to a football game in fayetteville. It was very excellent. We made an attempt at tailgating before the game, but were only mildly successful. It was still fun though.
Here is the view from our seats. Pretty good. This was right before kickoff.
THis is us trying to tailgate. As you can see, our tent was a dismal failure in comparison to the crimson colored canopies that many other groups had. We were also lacking in technology but tailgating isn’t about technology – its about getting worked up for the big game, and in some cases, getting drunk.
Here is this crazy guy who went walking by. We helped him finish off he makeup. I saw him on the jumbotron during the game and we all said “hey there’s that guy!”. I was not featured on the jumbotron unfortunately. I guess I didn’t stand out among the 60-some thousand other fans!
So all in all it was awesome, and they won by one point in double O/T. Hopefully I’ll get to go back sometime!
