Even though this was last week, I thought the pics were cool so i had to share them. I went to a springfield cardinals game, and of course it was a good time. There was a massive storm that seemed to be going on forever just to the south, but it never quite got to springfield. At least not while I was there. Enjoyed LOTS of lightning on the way home though! Very cool..
Over the weekend I did the typical holiday lake thing. Atnip and I were talking and we fear that the summer will come and go without us thinking twice. I say he’s probably right. 
At least I know the first half will go quickly. We’ve got Poco’s wedding. Then the next weekend I head off on my adventure for 2 weeks. Then we’ve got 4th of July. Then the summer is magically 1/2 over already! Oh yeah and somewhere during all of that I have to move into the new casa.
My main issue here is that I want to make sure there is a lot of good times this summer, but i also want to make sure and not let it slip by without a care. So I saw we all band together and make it a point to enjoy this summer. After all, it does only come but once a year!
Okay, so just for the record, I have actually gotten a free twix from a vending machine once. It was SWEET! Then I had 4 Twix bars instead of just 2!
I am glad to see you had a good time at the lake/Cards game. I wish I could have been there! I will email you soon.
